On quantities as listed in price grids under each size: we can print bandannas, hankies and triangles, using the rotary process (think of a newspaper passing over rollers with each roller adding a color.) With rotary printing the pigment inks are absorbed by the cloth, giving a smooth, softer finish. You will or can have a “snowy” or white backside of the bandanna.
We start with white cloth, so any white in your design does not count as a color. From 5,000 pcs. 1-5 colors, 10,000 pieces or more we can print up to 8 colors.
If time allows, we will send a free pre-production sample for approval by your client, otherwise we will provide a free eproof for approval. Production time starts when the pre-production sample or eproof is approved.
There are no screen or set-up charges on a rotary order. However, if the design changes after the eproof or pre-production sample has been produced, will result in a screen charge of $225 net per screen. If order is cancelled after pre pro sample is run then customer will be charged for all screens and a pre pro sample. Costs Screens: $225 net per color Pre Pro: $125 for 1-color and $25 per color if multi color design.
